Supplies: 2 paper cups, 2 straws, balloons, rubber bands, scissors, tape
How to make:
1. Make a small hole in the center of the bottom of the paper cup.
2. Insert the straw into the hole and tape it.
3. Attach the balloon to the end of the straw and secure it with a rubber band.
4. Attach another paper cup to both sides of the straw like a wheel.
5. If you blow a balloon and attach it to the bottom of a paper cup and release it, the car moves with the force of air from the balloon.
